Though the Central Vigilance Commission is under a dark cloud thanks to the vigilance commissioner P J Thomas, who is currently facing a legal challenge to his appointment, the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) on Thursday has launched a website which will help expose corruption in India.

Dubbed “Vig-Eye” the website allows users to upload videos, audiosand lodge complaints exposing acts of corruption in government departments. Easily accessible to the common man, users can register on the CVC website or SMS on 9223174440. In addition to this users can download mobile application software from the CVC website also.

According to P J Thomas Vig-Eye complainants will also be able to access the status of their complaints and it would provide a user-friendly platform for so that users can disclose information on illegal activities.
