Google’s New Avatar Is A Trendy Netbook!

The Chrome OS caught the attention of internet users worldwide being the world’s first cloud based operating system. Now to add to the excitement, Google has unleashed “Cr 48” laptop that optimizes this new Operating system.

Its impressive features include a 12.1 inched screen with a click pad and full sized key board, a built in dual band Wi Fi, 3G, a web cam, the ports equipping VGA connections, USB mice and keyboards, headsets, and microphones. This notebook also has a flash storage capability and adopts the new cloud printing service which is used to print the documents. Interestingly this notebook replaces the caps lock with a search button and the function keys are been replaced by specific actions and tasks. The device also features world-roaming support with a Gobi 3G chip that will work with Verizon’s netbook in the U.S.

Retail models of Chrome OS netbooks will be forthcoming from Acer and Samsung, and users who want to grab one now could sign up through Google; the company is asking early adopters to give it feedback. The Cr-48 is rated best for its 8 hours of battery life during active use and 8 days of standby time.
