Cisco Launches A New Social Networking Site

Cisco India today announced the launch of its web 2.0 technology platform – http://www.myhumannetwork.com.

This new technology platform is built on Google Earth application, which allows people and organizations across geographic locations to connect, collaborate and share experiences and ideas for various causes and initiatives.
The website allows individuals and organizations to get registered and provide feeds of their initiatives, share content such as pictures and videos and build a network of like-minded people to support various causes and initiatives.

My http://www.myhumannetwork.com aims to connect charitable organizations and individuals who want to make a change or difference and allow’s them to collaborate and share ideas, experiences and issues and help them find solutions online. Individuals can identify causes from various categories such as education, healthcare, education, environment, animal welfare, economic development and infrastructure and social welfare and choose initiatives under each cause. About, 40 non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and individuals across India have registered on the website and the company expects over 250 NGOs and people in next 6 to 9 months.
